Obasanjo attended a church service with President Jonathan in the company of Benin Republic President Boni Yayi.
Reasons for Obasanjo’s visit on Sunday wasn’t disclosed since his no show at Peoples Democratic Party’s convention on Saturday.
Insiders claim President Jonathan might have secretly sent for Olusegun Obasanjo in a bid to resolve the issues facing the crisis-ridden party.
Immediately after the church’s service, OBJ and Jonathan left for a private bilateral meeting in the company of President Yayi.
